What a terrible experience! Me and the 7 other girls that I travelled with had several issues with this hotel, and their staff. They targeted us as a larger group and continually banged on our doors, called us and, followed us around the corridors. This happened when we were “being too loud” as we were chatting and getting ready to go out. It is advertised as a ‘vibe’ holiday meaning that the hotel is suitable for groups of people that are staying in Ibiza mainly for the nightlife. It is also advertised as an adults only hotel and therefor we were not disturbing any children’s sleep. After serval knocks on the door and phone calls we noticed that a member of staff was watching us through the reception window into one of the bedrooms. They threatened us without explanation as to what we had done wrong. We are all respectful girls so understand that not everyone is here to party and may want to relax and sleep therefore know we were not in the wrong in the slightest. I would not recommend this hotel to people who are here to party and enjoy group holidays.

When we checked in we found the room a little basic. However, the overall holiday was fantastic. The food was excellent with a wide range of options. We were all inclusive so also had cava and beer on tap. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel and grounds were exceptional clean and tidy. Would definitely return and would highly recommend!

This hotel is in a great location - close enough to the hustle and bustle - but far enough out of it to get a nites undisturbed sleep. It met our expectations of a 3star hotel, the food was nice, but we ate out as s few times as we had booked cafe Mambo and ocean beach. Overall it was value for money, but you don’t come to Ibiza to save money do you?!

This hotel is a credit to the Invisa group. Fantastic food and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Stayed in a Prestige room. Wonderful. The location is ideally situated for the bars, clubs and the bus station if needed.

Absolutely do not stay at this accommodation.Staff rude and unhelpful. When asked if I could get an extra bath towel from reception staff I was quizzed as to how many towels I already had in my room!! I certainly wasn't stashing them in my suitcase to take home! 🙄 Along with all the other requests I was denied whilst staying here, including a butter knife (to cut a roll in the room, purchased from the wonderful Lidl across the road) as the food was simply inedible. Very little choice and food always freezing cold, even when you were there for dinner starting. Unacceptable!

We stayed at invisa for 4 nights at end of august. The hotels cleanliness was paramount. The drinks at the pool bars are reasonably priced. The hotel is close to everything you need clubs bars restaurants etc. it is probably one of the best hotels in the area. The only thing that annoyed us was the hotel staff would let anyone in threw the day like our friends who were staying at other hotels. Aslong as they were paying for drinks. But as soon as the pool bars shut they weren't aloud in. One night my brother and sister were coming round to ours for a few drinks but the security were very abrupt and would not let them in even when I explained i was staying there which put a damper on the night. Other than that i would return. Ibiza in general is a great place you pay for what you get. Just be prepared to be asked if you want to biy drugs on every corner you pass. But bare in mind ibiza is that sort of place.

Friendly staff , clean hotel, within walking distance to shops bars reastuarants and clubs. Friendly atmosphere prices were good. Would definitely visit this hotel again. Might even go again next year

Great hotel with no kids! Friendly and helpful staff all through the hotel. Toni, the head waiter was friendly and asked us on ocasion if everything was ok with the food etc. We had a spacious double room with our 19 year old son and were not disturbed by any noise during the night. Perhaps we were lucky, but I did email the hotel chain and asked for a quiet room. There was nightly entertainment on, but not many people attended. Most went out! We had a problem with the shower head which was fixed the next day. Overall a great hotel, but bare in mind you may encounter groups of young people 'enjoying' themselves! The only down side for us was the poor free Wi Fi in the reception area. We wouldn't visit San Antonio again, but if we did, we would use this hotel again. Many thanks.

No fault with anything while staying here. Right in the heart of Ibiza but in the perfect location for a good night sleep. Food was excellent and drinks a very reasonable price will 100% be returning.

Spent a week at this hotel on a half board extra basis, breakfast and evening meal had plenty of choice also the Food Hygeine practices of the Dining room staff was always excellent. Our shower seemed to splash over the bathroom floor I complained at reception and this was seen to immediately,we also had to complain re disturbance at night this was also resoved by the duty manager at reception she did not hesitate but moved us to another lovely room on another floor immidiataly, would definitely stay at this hotel again as the location was really good also.

For such a party island, this was a welcome addition to the quieter side. Adults only where we stayed and pleasantly quiet. Food excellent and always free entertainment on. Swimming pool a tad cold if your not a regular swimmer but you soon get used to it. Max the entertainment rep and his younger friend deserve all the credit in the world!!

We were very pleased with our stay. The food was good but could have been kept warmer.. The inclusion of a choice of drinks with dinner was great. The coffee from the bar was very nice and reasonably priced. All the staff were pleasant and attentive. The corridors outside the rooms could do with some sound muffling. Even normal level talking echoed around.

Stayed for 2 weeks h board plus. Excellent value. Unlimited drinks with evening meal. Hotel spotless. All staff brilliant. Entertainmentand hit and miss although animation tried hard. Only downside was road at front of hotel but to be fair couldn't hear it on a night. Really enjoyed it.
