Hotel Ilusion Calma & Spa

Recardo, Daniel, Miquel, Ramon in the bar and Momo in the resultant were all brilliant. Bar staff all went above and beyond to give an amazing service 24/7. Ended up having a good friendship with them all for the ten nights we stayed in June.

We had a great time and most of the staff were chatty & pleasant. Not keen on some of the food had Olive oil or smothered in Garlic. Cheese also very bland. Pool downstairs very warm and nice, loved the Jacuzzi

Just spent a week here , cannot recommend enough , the room was great , food great with plenty of choice , staff great , and only 5 mins from airport , will definitely be staying here again , hopefully very soon

Very good. Staff very friendly rooms clean and tidy daily cleaning service. Bathroom could do with a little upgrade although very clean. Close to beach and walking areas. Travel with Jet 2 was excellent and pleasent.

just back from illusion calma . can only say the hotel lobby and seating area is much smaller than i expected. it looks larger on the web. unfortunitly. the weather was not good so people tended to sit in the lobby so not many seats available. the entertainment was ok but the room was very noisy when it was on .the pool is smaller than it looks on the web. the spar pool is also small. in the hight of summer i think it may be a bit congested.bar staf very good drinks also good probably will not return.

5 minutes from airport. Hotel all areas very clean. pool area very clean but small. although I never saw anyone swimming in it. Was able to check in early. Buffet breakfast and evening meal. Glass of wine only one euro.

Hotel is 3* but was brilliant food as good as any 4* we have been to. Staff friendly hotel spotless and facilities perfect evening entertainment every night if you wanted it. Loads of sunbeds and no saving them like most hotels

Hidden Gem.You have to travel a lone way to find a better hotel and even further to find Management and staff this good. This really is a hidden gem. Superb Service with a capital 'S' and a smile. Great Food choice at every meal, together with a special banquet night . For those on Bed and Breakfast, it beats anything in the location.We have stayed at three other hotels in Can Pastilla, including one Five Star, but this one is much better (mainly due to the great service from all the staff). Fairly near to the sea and shops, this location is blessed with a great beach too. Thank you all so much.

9 day holiday in Oct 18- great value for money, friendly staff, nice food, local drinks included in the all inclusive are fab especially the Gin. Ate at the snack bar at lunch time as it was quieter. Great place for cycling and running - atmosphere at the Palma half marathon was fab.Would recommend

The hotel staff are very friendly and always available. The pool was quite small and the food seemed to cater for the French. We booked a quad room but they were unable to supply one. Overall the close proximity to the small bay was a plus.

Good value hotel short walk to beach & small town. Handy for bus to Palma & good promenade to walk towards Arenal. Good fish restaurants near marina & a pleasant small beach with larger beach close by. Rooms adequate, a little short on luggage space. Staff friendly & helpful. Food varied for a 7 night stay a little on lukewarm side. No sun bed grabbing, though a little too close together. Bar service good, entertainment mixed. No air conditioning in May & local tax more than doubled since last visit in September. Some aircraft noise during the day, depended on which way they took off or landed, not enough to spoil our time there. we had a good relaxing holiday and would visit again.
