H10 Rubicon Palace

This hotel is very dated and needs some money spent on. Dirty floors outside and around pool area.. Poor service and limited selection of food in buffet. Rooms are poorly maintained. Would not return, cannot warrant price on location alone.

Several restaurants advised, but not all open due to conferences, weddings, etc. Lovely beach bar never open for whole of stay. Sports Bar not open on Saturday and Sunday afternoons (i.e. when a lot of sport is on) in fact never open before 7 pm. Most bars understaffed. Queing for restaurants (even with privilage package). No aircon in gym. No aircon in room for 2 days.

Hotel itself is very good however there are a few things to bear in mind. Breakfast is excellent with a good range of fruit and usual breakfast treats. Evening meal was also good but didn't start untill 20.00 which was a little late for us but was able to swop evening meal for lunch which suited us on a couple of occasions. The pool area was good with plenty of sunbeds although you always see those who get prime spots early. We had a rear facing balcony which with the size and outlook was unusable, even the pool facing balconies didn't look great but with a better outlook. Staff were helpful and eager to please which helps somewhat, entertainment was almost non existent. Overall a good break in a very good location

We have stayed here in the past and found on this occasion that standards had fallen. The quality of food was not as good and the facilities in the Privilege Lounge much reduced. The daily makeup of the room was variable with sometimes the bed badly made and the cleaning not up to standard. Towels were not always replaced even although the used ones had been removed. It was evident that there had been inadequate maintenance of the property, particularly the pool which had broken tiles in places.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We are coming back this year again! The overall experience was brilliant. Piano bar, by the reception, is such a pleasant space to be in the evening (Children are welcome).

Nice hotel good range of dining options and entertainment. Clean and comfortable rooms and all the staff were very polite and helpful. The concept of paying for the proper 5 star service is an odd one and not worth it in my opinion as you only get free pool towels, bathrobe and slippers, and access to a lounge and small adult pool.

Visiting this may for 3rd time. Love it, amazing people too. Food is second to none, make sure you try the speciality restaurants, the steak house is jusr gorgeous. Dont hesitate, book now. Most people we met were return visitors! Bringing my parents this time.

A fantastic hotel for families. The bar area had a really relaxing ambience and the range and quality of the drinks was beyond impressive. Moreover, the options re swimming pools and places to eat was amazing from fabulous buffets to quite cafe style places to chill -out. Got to go back next year ☺☺☺

We loved this hotel. Plenty of quiet areas and no getting up early to grab a sunbed. Fantastic range of food something for everyone. Excellent coffee shop, pool bar and bistro bar. Easy access for anyone with walking difficulties.

Lovely hotel, food excellent, just returned from a 7 night break, located outside playa Blanca but in easy walking distance. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Service excellent good choice of restaurants and refreshments.
