Good location, plenty lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance and views are spectacular in the right room Rooms a bit dated and pool area lacking comfortable beds Pool bar adequate for food and drinks

Been there many times. Well ran hotel with good facilities but in real need of a facelift as it hasn’t been updated other than quick coats of paint in some rooms for ages. It now needs modernising if they are going to continue as a 4* with the associated prices

Looked forward to 10 days right on the beach, which was lovely as was our room and balcony, but that was about all that was all we enjoyed. Booked b/b and on the first night we decided to book dinner in the hotel to save us going out as soon as we arrived. Went downstairs to so called restaurant which was practically empty (no wonder). Food choice were sparse and difficult to navigate counters. Not much choice at all, mostly fish which I like but my partner does not, so I had a selection of fish dishes which was not very appetising and my partner had chicken which was so dry it was inedible, we gave up and went up to our room an ate sandwiches we had bought for our flight. However as we had only booked for b/b we were not overly worried about the dinner menu. Weather was not great but we went down for a look round the pool which did not inspire me to want to want to use it. There were about 300 sunbeds in straight rows and no atmosphere whatsoever . Every morning there was a pianist playing from 8.30 t 10.00 and it was so loud (more like an organ) that you could not enjoy the breakfast, we ended up not going down for breakfast till 10.00 in order to have peace and quiet. Don't get me wrong, I knew there was to be a pianist playing when I booked this hotel but expected nice relaxing music instead of blaring repetitive music which echoed throughout the hotel up to our room on the first floor and above. Entertainment was again a pianist/singer which at least was easy to listen and probably be enjoyable if we did not listen to the morning fiasco. Breakfast was average. For the money we paid this hotel was def a big disappointment and I would not recommend it to anyone. I have stayed in lots of hotels in the past 20 years big and small, cheap and expensive and this is the first one I have given a bad review to. I should mention that the room was fine and the cleaning service was excellent.

The hotel I clean, with rooms cleaned daily. We stayed bed & breakfast which was very good with a good selection with the staff friendly and efficient even though it was busy. The pool area was clean and not to busy, never had a problem getting a bed. There was never any noise at night. The public beach is outside the front door which is well looked after and there is a grass which a lot of people used. We never used the bar much tended to go out. as this hotel is central with easy access to all the restaurants and bars of every description. We never used the bar much tended to go out. Have no complaints about this hotel and would use again.

Fantastic holiday here over Christmas period with grandsons agecd 12, 15 and daugher and partner.all in all 7 of us. Hotel, staff and service first class must make a special mention to our czech republican waitress who was great. The christmas eve banquet was first class, infact we had a superb holiday and will definitely be returning, none of us wanted to come home and cannot wait to return

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Good room, good food, Nice people. Great location for both Los cristianos and Playa de Las America. We couldn't fault it and we didn't want to come home. It's in a great spot for people with walking difficulties as the walk in to both resorts is flat and well- maintained.

Stayed at the Cleopatra Hotel on quite a few times and it is always a fantastic experience. The breakfast has a really good selection of food from a full English to cava and caviar. Come out of the front door cross a footpath and your on the beach.

Hotel is right on the beach, and amongst various places to eat, next door is the Hard Rock Cafe, live music some nights, across the road at the fountains there are 8 or so different places, tried most of them and haven't had a bad meal.

Completeley not in your face. never see anybody unless you want them. extremely well run, you go out the front door and you are on the beach, you go out the other side nd you are on the main road of the town. place is so good you will not believe it.

The hotel is located in a great part of Las Americas, in the busy Hard Rock Cafe area. Access to the beach is directly from the hotel reception. The hotel is extremely clean in all areas. Our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast choice was excellent. All the staff were very friendly. Overall a very nice hotel, would recommend
