Rezydent Hotel

The hotel was a little bit dated - however, it was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The location was superb, being just a two minute walk from Krakow's lovely main square. Breakfast was more than adequate with all tastes catered for. I loved it so much I've booked to go again next year

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Krakow just yards from the market square which is surrounded by bars and restaurants. The hotel is split into two parts, left hand side utilises a lift, the right hand side has stairs, lots of them!!! Also, if able to choose a room, choose a room at the back of the building which is very quiet (which we had) , unlike the front of the building which can be noisey with late night revellers leaving the bars and restaurants (our friends had). Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from

the hotel was in an excellent location very clen room and well equiped however not suitable for people with mobility issues as ther was no lift as we were on the 2nd floor other than that could not fault the hotel

The hotel is less than a minutes walk from the old town. There are lots of various places to eat and drink to suit most people. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast which was served in a restaurant next door was a typical continental type. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at hotel for 3 nights with our 3 daughters and their partners for a family city break Ev easily Restaurants and bars within east reach Important after buis days sightseeing Hotel was clean with modern bathrooms The rooms at the front can be noisy so request one at the rear

If you want to be central this hotel is perfect. Right in the middle of the Main Street but not noisy. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, only minus was having to climb three flights of stairs as there was no lift. On saying this. I would stay here again I’d I went back to krakow.

We were aware that some of the rooms in this hotel do not have lift access so it was not a surprise to us when we were allocated a room on the fourth floor in the adjacent building. The porter just whizzed up the stairs with our cases though and helped us separate the beds as we had requested a twin room but it was made up as a double on arrival. As the room was at the top of the building we only had a half-height window but this did not bother us. There was a fan provided in case the room was too hot and earplugs are also provided if the street noise bothers you. There was a little noise as the city is open for business until the early hours but it didn't really bother us. It may be worse on weekend stays. The location is fantastic; just a short walk to the main square in the pedestrian area so the taxi dropped us a few seconds walk away from the hotel. There are places to eat everywhere. You will not go hungry in Krakow! For breakfast there is toast, buns, yogurts, fruit, cake, eggs, sausage, cheese and tomatoes, etc. The receptionist was extremely helpful. She helped us book trips everywhere and advised on better options and public transport. We were very impressed with the service. When it was time to check out, the porter came up for our luggage again and we could leave the luggage at the hotel until our transfer time. We were happy with the room size and it was serviced every day and kept very clean. There was a TV, hairdryer and refreshments which were replenished.

The room was very spacious, clean, and light. The bedding and towels were immaculate. When we checked in the Staff were very polite and cheerful, and even helped us to get a padlock from a case we had forgotten the keys for. The domestic staff came in daily, replenishing the towels, refreshment tray, and cleaning the rooms, they were very pleasant and cheerful. The Hotel was very well situated just offthe main square, handy for transport and sightseeing , however this was a bit of a problem, because of late night revellers passing, keep waking you. The hotel provided earplugs. Breakfasts were available at the Marmalada restaurant two doors up the street, which wasn't a problem.

Stayed for 3 nights went with Jet2 painless and fast checkin and flight went eary a bonus! Rezydent hotel could not be faulted in location and quality, 20 metres from the main square a fantastic choice of bars and restaurants on your door step. Emailed the hotel in advance to request a room on a low floor we got room 34 very spacious and at the back of the hotel so very quiet, thank you hotel rezydent! Also booked a taxi with the hotel 100pln approx £20, 30 mins transfer fast and smooth checkin also. Also booked Auschwitz which was a truely humbling amazing experience, booked this before flying out again with the hotel, great organised trip and our tour guide was absolutely brilliant amazing knowledge.. My partner and i also visited Oskar Schindlers factory and museum also great and immensely sad at the same time. In a nutshell Krakow is one of the most prettiest cities i have ever been to and would recommend anyone going to stay at the Rezydent and use Jet2 as the holiday provider!

Lovely hotel, lovely room with a super bathroom! Right in the centre of Krakow but still quiet at night. The only thing we missed was a bar or lounge to meet in. The breakfast was delicious (two doors down) with plenty of choice! We are vegetarian and never went hungry! The staff were extremely helpful and polite; leaving us alone when not needed. The cleaners, although always early, were more than willing to come back later if asked. I will definitely stay there again next time I visit Krakow!

Lovely hotel - very clean and all staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel is ideally situated just 200 yards off Old Town Square. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Situated on Grodska Street near Rynek Glowny Square this hotel is well situated to visit the many bars and cafes in this area, we had a large comfortable room with good shower room, the only problem was it was on the third floor in the part of the hotel with no lift. The breakfast was a very good "Polish breakfast" with a good choice of ham, cheeses salads etc and eggs cooked anyway you liked them by the helpful staff
