Hotel RH Princesa

Great hotel with friendly and professional staff, we had booked to go half board but when arrived we was given the opportunity to go all inclusive at a price we can’t refuse which meant we got a gold band and had premium brand drinks. The food was good and had a good choice sometimes maybe not hot enough for our liking but there was a microwave to heat food yourself. The hotel was very clean in all areas, in a great location 10 minutes walk to Old Town buses & beach. The room was of good size and had everything you needed & had a comfortable bed, A/C was fantastic. The only problem we had was going up & down in lifts around breakfast time due to very small lifts otherwise this is a fantastic hotel been once before and would go again.

I love this hotel! Check in was very smooth and the reception staff couldn't be more helpful. You can request a kettle for the room and they provide this with mugs and a selection of tea and coffee, but we always bring our own. For context we stayed room 1110. The food in the restaurant is good, not everyone is going to like everything, but there is a good choice. The ice cream machine is to die for! The staff in the restaurant are very helpful and bring your drinks over quickly. Carlos in the restaurant is particularly helpful, friendly and is always there for a chat and a laugh. The only criticism I would have about the restaurant, you can only get a hot drink with breakfast and not with lunch or dinner. The room was always very clean and the Wifi was great, even though we were 11 floors up. We did have a job getting the air con to work, we did report it, but it was hit and miss as to whether it would come on. An instruction sheet would have been helpful, as I don't know if we were doing it right. The bar is nice, but you do sometimes have to wait a bit to get served and there's not a queuing system really, so people do push in. A few of the bar staff will serve you at your table if that's what you prefer. A special mention for Jorge who is very friendly and helpful. The pool and terrace area is nice and there are always sunbeds available - the pool area opens at 10am and you are not allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels (they will get removed). It would be nice though to have a bit more music in the bar area and terrace in the daytime when there's no entertainment on. On the subject of the entertainment, there is something for everyone. I wouldn't say it was brilliant, but you can always go and sit outside if you don't like the entertainment. Children seem to be catered for and they have dedicated staff to do this. The hotel is situated in between the old and new town up a side street, which is a slight incline, but there is always someone around to help with luggage if you need it. The coach will normally drop you off and pick you up outside the Poseidon Palace. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

When your going all inclusive find out what is actually all inclusive when you choose you hote this way there are no bad surprises we had that you could not use the main indoor pool, the gym sauna and steam room unless you payed up ever day.

This hotel really cares about its customers. The Reception and Dining Room Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept in an immaculate condition. Everywhere is so clean! A very enjoyable experience.

Had a great stay at this hotel,could not fault it in anyway it was clean and the food was good,the staff was very friendly and polite.in a good spot near old town and new town would stay at this hotel again.

Had 1 week stay here 13 August. very good hotel , absolutely spotless everywhere you looked , rooms spacious clean and comfortable beds plenty storage tv and tea and coffee in room you just ask at reception , food was excellent lots of choice beautifully presented , the drink was to a good standard , snacks available. , the staff in this hotel are wonderful very friendly, would definitely return to this hotel , in a excellent location

Couldn’t fault the hotel, location, food. If you prefer to sit by the pool all day be ready to start queuing at 9am for 10am opening! The sign says if there is no one using the sun loungers after 20 minutes they will be removed.. they won’t! Shame really as it spoilt the holiday a bit.

good clean hotel, drinks are a little pricey. try to get a room at the front of the hotel the ones at the back get no sunshine on the balcony. you can only get all inclusve if you stay for a week or more, we tried but could only get full board with jet2 holidays for 6 nights.

We have just returned from Hotel Princessa and cannot compliment them enough. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. The sheets and towels are changed often and the toiletries are replenished every day. It was my birthday whilst we were there and the management sent up a bottle of champagne.

This is a fab hotel no matter your age. The hotel caters for all. Staff are very friendly and helpful and Hotel is spotlessly clean. Pool doesn't open till 10 which is great as it means sun beds are not booked by guests who never sit on them. Pool has a pool guard at all times. This is the same in the kids pool. I would have no issue encouraging people to book this hotel.
