Melia Benidorm

just back from melia benidorm and it was wonderful. the hotel is amazing and the staff fantastic. everything was great, we were on a bed and breakfast basis and the food was wonderful. this was our second visit and we'll be back. many thanks

Can’t fault holiday rep but would not recommend the Melia Benidorm to anyone. Food was terrible & rooms (unless you paid a fortune for an upgrade) were old & tired, smelt of stale cigarettes even though we were told the rooms were no smoking. Room was booked for 3 adults, pull out bed was for a child not an adult

loved this hotel. beautiful and clean. has a great pool area and even better they didnt open doors to pool area till about 9.30 so it stopped people claiming beds and not being there. gave everybody a chance. breakfast was lovely great choice to choose from. good location off the strip but within walkable distance

The Melia had no information to tell you where everything is and I found that the food was too Spanish.we dont eat those little birds they cook. The pool area is too shaded with all the trees.air conditioning in the rooms but not in the lounge area of the hotel.as there was no Kettle in the rooms you had to get a cup of tea from the bar and sit in the lounge.bar staff were great also the staff in the buffet where the food was very curteouse. The hotel was very clean but as usual the spanish female receptionist let it down with the dont complain about anything attitude if something goes wrong.what ever hapened to customer service a bit of training on that point wouldn go amiss there.to say i will be back at the Melia the answer is no

Excellent service from start to finishg, hotel and flight times brilliant. friendly staff at both hotel and airport. Loved the resort free check in on the way home. Karen and the other two can't remember her name were tops for us

We had a great time at Melia Benidotm. Buffet restaurant very good food at all meal times and staff quick at cleaning and refilling even when really busy. Great location away from the madness or close enough to walk to it if that's your thing.

Wonderful hotel, staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast choice very good, evening meal choices excellent. Pool and gardens superb Inside pool and sauna great Bar tariffs were reasonable Only a short stroll to beach

We came to the Melia for a 4 night break staying b&b to get away ,relax and have a look around Benidorm.The hotel is so clean with a relaxed atmosphere.The room was lovely too,very clean and overlooking the pool area.Breakfast was great,so much to choose from and was varied slightly each day,(anyone who moans is lying😉) We would def stay again,too cold to use the pool but it looked very inviting.
