Hotel Xaloc Playa

My 2nd visit to this hotel and I wasn't dissapointed. It is a beautifully cleaned and relaxing hotel. Our room over the sea and town and was so quiet. The staff are friendly and very hardworking. Marion and staff on reception always striving to help with any questions. We reserved a mini fridge which was there when we arrived at a very reasonable cost. Ferran and his staff in the restaurant and bar area worked meticulously all day till late. The restaurant was clean and tables constantly cleared. They remember the guests and always seem to know where you sit and what you order. Service is amazing. Although I was very I'll the last few days of my holiday the staff at hotel xaloc made our holiday extremely enjoyable and relaxing. I hope we can return again some day thank you.

Staff very friendly, nice and clean, however other holiday makers very insular, letting new holiday makers know that they had been visiting this hotel for years and years. The staff were very thoughtful and very helpful, by this I mean the reception staff, the waiting staff and the cleaning staff.

OK hotel, but don’t buy the water (1.90 euros a bottle). 65 cents in the supermarket!You pay for tea, coffee and water with your evening meal.Breakfast is good but the evening meals could be of a better quality, a bit boring.

we loved staying with you and want to take this opportunity to thank you for our sea view room it was fab. you hotel is so friendly and kept very clean. the staff are lovely and we hope to return sometime soon. the only thing i think would have made our room perfect was a fridge as it was so very hot it was difficult to keep even a bottle of water cool.

Lovely laid back Hotel, very relaxing. Hard working and friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms were very clean and our ground floor room had aircon included.The beach is just across the road for those who can't get an umbrella with their sunbed.(and you have to be up very early to get one) And its the Brits not the Germans who were reserving them. Food is varied but there is plenty of choice and you will always find something for everyone.

Cannot compliment this hotel enough. Clean, food, location and staff wonderful., special thanks to Veron, restaurants manager, he was a real gent, and couldn't help us enough, as I had slight walking difficulties he had a table reserved for us. Would highly recommend. Would defintely visit again, and think it should be a higher star rating. Pool was kept clean and tidy, with always a bed to be had.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of July for 11 nights half board through jet2 holidays. Check in at reception was friendly and efficient - I had emailed hotel before our visit to pre book a mini fridge and this was available on arrival. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the pool and had been modernised and was clean and fresh with much needed air conditioning. The meals were of a high standard with plenty of choice at breakfast and evening meal. All staff worked extremely hard taking pride in their work and always keeping things clean and tidy. Pool bar was good and very reasonably priced - after lunch ice creams bing greatly appreciated by my son! A glass of cava was €2.50 - brilliant value! Central location with beach across the road from hotel - you can take parasols down to beach to save on the hire on the beach. Overall a wonderful, relaxing holiday - fantastic, really hard working staff who cared about what they were doing. Not so good for those wanting a lively nightlife but suited us fine.

Back to the xaloc for the second year and thoroughly enjoyed it again brill location quiet , beautiful views staff so helpful pleasant and happy in their work as a team X being coeliac was well catered for if not suitable meals made me something that was which is a bonus rooms are spacious and clean can't fault this hotel will be back hopefully next year

Good selection of food,very good staff,rooms basic but clean and comfortable.Close to a clean and sandy beach ,local supermarket and restaurants.Bus stop just round the corner.A land train worth a ride.

Great hotel good location food sound all in all would recommend Bus stop for Mahon just outside hotel Booked 3 holidays this year with jet 2 all bang on Just need some discount off next years holidays for been loyal customers

if you are looking for good value for money this hotel is it staff very helpful and friendly good choices for breakfast and dinner also the snack bar has a very good menu for lunch and very reasonable I recommend the tuna roll it was fab
