Life’s a beach

One of the town’s biggest draws is its beach, which stretches along the coast for nearly 13km! You can hire a lounger, splash out on a plush Bali bed or simply head to the public areas and roll out your towel. The bay is sheltered and shallow, so it’s great for swimming.

If you fancy a day out, why not head to the nearby city of Preveza? It’s only around a 20-minute drive away and there are bags of things to see and do there. Start at the yacht-filled marina, lined with charming bars and meze restaurants, before browsing traditional boutique shops for souvenirs.
